A 60-day journey around the Australian Coast was terminated following the tragic passing of an older lady who was stranded by the cruise liner on a distant tropical isle.

The elderly woman had been hiking on Lizard Island with shipmates from the cruise ship, but broke off from the group for a break. The liner sailed away leaving her and came back several hours later after the crew discovered the woman was missing.
